Jonathan Baltazar Chef/Owner of Heights Cuisine and Harmony Sage Chef/Owner of Long Beach Beer Lab would like to cordially invite you to the start of summer farm to table dinner at Organic Harvest Gardens on June 13th at 6:30pm. Under the twinkling festival lights we will toast the start of summer with beer, wine and delicious food prepared from the bounty of the surrounding garden.
On arrival you will be treated to light snacks of candied nuts and pickled vegetables paired with beer or wine spritzers.
Local lettuces, herbs, shaved vegetables from the farm.
Family style steak grilled over the fire, a cassoulet d’ete’ from the fire pit, and sautéed vegetables from the garden.
House made chevre, fermented chili and local honey, fresh bread, local cherries
Pecan pie and bourbon chantilly
Custard and Berries
Every course will be served with wine from The Wine Country and beer from Long Beach Beer Lab.
$85 a person dietary restriction will be accommodated
