Four Brewers 3rd Anniversary Celebration & Bottle Share at The Rookery

The time has come. We’re celebrating our third anniversary as a podcast and we’re having a party. Specifically, we’re having a party and a bottle share at The Rookery Alehouse and Grill in Pomona, California. Needless to say, we’re pretty stoked about it…

So, what’s going down on Saturday, August 26?

First, the party starts at noon and we’re having a bottle share. This will be the first time Four Brewers will be hosting a bottle share, but if you’re familiar will bottle shares from the NBT days, you might already know what to expect. The Rookery is allowing everyone to bring some bottles to share, which is actually really cool of them to allow, so we strongly encourage you to support them for their hospitality by perhaps getting some food from the menu (you certainly don’t want to bottle share on an empty stomach) and buying a beer or two while you’re at it.

Next, we are hosting a live episode of Four Brewers, at The Rookery, at 2:00 PM PDT. We typically broadcast every live session of the podcast on the internet, but now you can see it in person! We’re bringing some special brews for the show, and will also pick a few from the crowd as well. We’ve got some fun stuff planned for the show, including “Guess That Brew” where we read a couple of shitty beer reviews and try to guess the beer from the review, and the debut of 4B Bingo! Have no idea what that is? Well, it’s bingo, but 4B style. Bingo winners will receive prizes including 4B t-shirts, stickers, and even special beers from our collective cellars that won’t be opened during the bottle share. We’re also hoping to have a special guest or two on the show…

We going to have a limited selection of 4B t-shirts on sale during the party, which include the classic 4B shirt, the 4B whale shirt, and the 4B Pliny shirt, among others. In addition, everyone in attendance will receive a free goodie bag, while supplies last.

So, there you have it! We’re stoked to hang out with everyone, share some good beer, and have some fun. It’s free to get in to the party, so we hope to see many familiar faces and hopefully, some new ones.

Cheers and thanks for the support over the last three years, and we’ll see you on Saturday, August 26 at The Rookery!
