Your Guide to LA's Newest Breweries, Beer Bars & Bottle Shops
It’s no secret that the LA craft beer scene is exploding. With new breweries, beer bars, and bottle shops opening up all the time all around Los Angeles, it can be pretty tough to keep up. Not any longer!
Here is your guide to the newest craft beer openings in Los Angeles.
555 W Allen Ave #11, 91773, San Dimas, CA, US
SoCal Cerveceros Homebrewers, Feathered Serpent, are now on the verge on opening up their San Dimas commercial brewery and taproom to the public. No word yet on an exact date, but expect more news around a grand opening in July 2019.

16500 Bellflower Blvd, 90706, Bellflower, CA, US
The long awaited 2nd location for Steelcraft’s repurposed shipping container outdoor food court concept in Bellflower has finally arrived and with it, Ten Mile Brewing’s newest satellite taproom. Expect 20 taps pouring beer brewed at their nearby Signal Hill, Long Beach brewery paired up with a dozen or so various food and drink vendors.

2502 S Figueroa St, 90007, Los Angeles, CA, US
Tirebiter Brewery is a brand new brewpub just outside of Downtown LA near the USC campus featuring house beers, guest beers, wine, and a small bites food menu plus live music. Not much is known about the beers, like what are they, how many are there, who’s brewing them, are they any good, etc., so we’ll just have to wait and see. The space looks cool, so hit us up if you check it out and let us know what you think!

5684 York Blvd, 90042, Los Angeles, CA, US
NYC-based arcade bar, Barcade recently opened their 9th location right here in Highland Park featuring 70+ arcade games match up with 20 taps of local and regional beer, cocktails, and bar food. While this isn’t the most craft beer-focused arcade bar in LA (shout out to Button Mash!), it’s got enough good local beers pouring at any one time to make it a stop if you’re in the area.

6741 Bright Ave., 90601, Whittier, CA, US
Popular Burbank esports bar, Guildhall, has opened up their second location in Downtown Whittier!
Known for their gaming community-centric focus, the bar features plenty of TV monitors for video gaming as well as a collection of board and table games alongside a menu full of craft beer, cocktails, and upscale bar food.

735 W Lancaster Blvd, 93534, Lancaster, CA, US
When Kinetic Brewing closed last year, there left a void on Lancaster Blvd and in the Antelope Valley craft beer scene. Then, all of a sudden, in stepped Lucky Luke Brewing with their popular brewery and taproom in nearby Palmdale to open up their second location.
Well, that new brewpub is finally here, featuring a small on-site R&D brewery and a kitchen pumping out delicious pub grub, all served up in a super cool gastropub vibe.

227 W Maple Ave, 91016, Monrovia, CA, US
Over Town Brewing Company is a brand new brewery in Monrovia just two doors down from the recently opened Wingwalker Brewing and a few streets away from Old Town Monrovia.
Not too much is known about the brewery and their beers, but Monrovia is quickly becoming a busy spot for breweries, so we’re happy to see a new addition to the neighborhood.

4400 E Gage Ave, 90201, Bell, CA, US
Border X Brewing’s second brewery and taproom is located in the City of Bell and has been a long time in the making!
For those unfamiliar, Border X is a brewery started in the Barrio Logan area of San Diego in 2014, known for their Mexican-inspired beer styles.
Their huge new space in Bell is home to a ten-barrel system, plenty of seating, TV’s, and eventually art, music, and events.

4019 Atlantic Ave, 90807, Long Beach, CA, US
The newest brewery to hit Long Beach is Ambitious Ales, with a grand opening planned for Saturday, February 16th.
Started by 5 homebrewing friends, Ambitious Ales is located in a historic building in the Bixby Knolls neighborhood featuring a 10-barrel brewhouse, a modern, industrial style tasting room, and a good-sized patio overlooking Atlantic Ave.
Expect 5 core beers out of the gate with plenty of rotating special releases including some barrel-aged brews in the foreseeable future.

3903 Sunset Blvd, 90029, Los Angeles, CA, US
The Artisanal Brewers Collective is at it again! Their newest spot is California Sun, a casual neighborhood pizza & beer joint decked out with a cool vintage style bar, sidewalk patio area, and a convenience store style grab n’ go for quick walkup service.
Expect a food menu highlighted by both NY-style and Detroit-style pizza complemented by 14 taps of craft beer (including brews from ABC’s own New Original Breweries plus some really good guest taps) as well as over 140 different canned beers to drink on-site or take to-go.

4150 McGowen Street , CA , 90808, Long Beach, CA, US
Started in San Diego, Bottlecraft is a fast-growing craft beer retailer with beer bar and bottle shop locations in North Park, Liberty Station, Little Italy, Solana Beach and more.
Their newest location is a beer bar located in The Hangar food hall at The Long Beach Exchange where they’ll have 30 craft beers on draft, plus wine, Kombucha and cider by the glass.
These guys get access to some of the best beer around, so head on over there and check it out!

8582 Washington Blvd, 90232, Culver City, CA, US
Hi-Lo Liquor Market has been selling you awesome beer, wine, and spirits in Culver City since early 2017. Now, they’re launching The Counter at Hi-Lo, a sleek new tasting bar within the store where you can get pours of local craft beer every night of the week. Great new addition to the neighborhood, so head on out there, grab yourself a pint, then pick up some beer to-go!

130 W Grand Ave, 90245, El Segundo, CA, US
The wait is over! El Segundo Brewing’s second location, The Slice & Pint officially opened up on Thursday January 24th.
Located just a couple blocks from the main brewery location in El Segundo, expect about 20 taps of mostly El Segundo beers and a couple guest brews, complemented by a menu featuring both New York style AND Detroit style pizzas.
In addition to the main dining room seating, sports fans can throw back slices and pints in “The Dugout” which has more TVs, its own bar, and shuffleboard to give more of a sports bar vibe.

24516 Narbonne Ave, 90717, Lomita, CA, US
Burnin Daylight is the long-anticipated brewery venture from former Phantom Carriage / El Segundo / HopSaint brewer, Brendan Lake. This family-run operation is soft opening on Thursday, January 24th in their downtown Lomita location in the South Bay.
While soft openings are generally geared towards working out the kinks, here you can expect good beers pouring from the get-go.
