A brand-new brewery located in Anaheim, Rad Beer Co. is led by partner and head brewer Dylan Mobley, who formerly held the same position at Bottle Logic. The brewery, which says they’re looking to embrace the aesthetic of a ‘90s Southern California skate shop, debuted in mid-May with six house-brewed taps, including King Minutiae (a German pilsner), Cloud Bottom (a hazy IPA), American Export (an export stout), and Fiesta Salchicha (a Mexican Lager). They eventually plan to fill all 20 of their taps with their own beer.
